Maintenance

For maintenance a kernel reboot is required. Downtime will be minimal

On the 16th of november 2021 we need to reboot our DNS servers due to new applied updates.

Downtime for the DNS servers are expected but since multiple DNS servers are in place, and the reboots will be handled manually, no downtime for clients is expected.

We've made some changes in our DNS servers. We've added a DNS server in The Netherlands for lower latency. NS3 has been moved, during the movement time the server has been offline.

In order to improve the stability of the network we are planning a network maintenance on Wednesday 24th of November 2021 between 06:00 GMT+1 and 08:00 GMT+1.

During this maintenance we will improve redundancy and throughput in one of our datacenters.

This should not create any noticable downtime, but the possibility exist that TCP sessions need to be re-established.

In order to improve the quality of the Elastic Network (EN) we are planning a network maintenance on Wednesday 24th of November 2021 between 06:00 GMT+1 and 08:00 GMT+1.

During this maintenance we will upgrade our Top of Rack switches which are connected to one or more of your EN services.

All EN services are connected with redundant uplinks but during the upgrade the Top of Rack switches will reload once, which could cause a short disruption.
